Not sure what this company is up to, but their reviews from the past number of months appear shady. Their product is VERY expensive- so Im out over $900 because they arent following regulation or providing their customers with appropriate safety information? Draw It is not doing right by their customers and I would not recommend purchasing from them. The onus of this transaction should be on them. I see no reason why we would not be eligible for a return and refund. Ive given the company time to address the out-of-date and incomplete information. My product is unopened, has been stored appropriately, and all accessories shipped with it are present with the product in the same box it was shipped in. The lack of and inconsistency of information is astounding. What? So I was supposed to know we can't use their paint before it and the out-of-date SDS even arrived? They dont offer SDS information on their site or their product pages, and they make no offer to share this information prior to purchase. After my purchasing department reached out, we received an email response saying they cannot accept refunds or returns once the product is signed for. I requested a refund and return, which their website says is possible, numerous times only to be ignored. Unfortunately, if it isn't there, the average person wouldn't know.
The lack of complete safety information and inconsistency of information is a red flag, frankly dangerous, and makes me question the safety of their product.ĭraw It Paint needs appropriate and up to date safety documentation.
#DRAWIT PAINT UPDATE#
After they shared an update of the SDS, their documents still don't comply with OSHA standards and regulation, so our office Safety Manager could not in good conscience approve the use of the paint. After contacting the company, they did work with me to attempt to update their documentation.
These forms are important because they tell you about the safety and toxicity of a product.
Unfortunately, the SDS (Safety Data Sheets) shipped with the products were extremely outdated. We purchased this paint for my company office based on positive reviews. I wish I could give no stars, and I do not recommend you use this product. Very disappointed with the company and their lack of and conflicting information.
